I absolutely love all of their recipes. I have not made one thing from their site that the fam doesn't love and that is not, for the most part, pretty darn easy to put together. Some of our all-time faves:
Mango Pico
Chunky Monkey Pancakes
Creamy Cilantro dressing
Thai Noodles (we like using shrimp the best)
I think their recently released cookbook is going to be everyone's Christmas gift this year.

The cookbook was my Christmas gift from Beth and we both love the site! It has really helped inspire me to actually make stuff that tastes good and doesn't require a can of cream of chicken soup. We love the tortilla soup. In fact, I am providing food for a baby shower tomorrow and everything is coming from the cookbook!
I keep hearing all about that cookbook. You should definitely get some moola for all of your endorsing. (How does one spell, "endorsing"?"
Hmmm, I have to try this site. If you find stuff that everyone will eat that's pretty amazing. I need something like that over here.
Those recipes look SO yummy. As soon as I live at home again (the hospital doesn't have a kitchen) I am totally trying them out!
